The hotel surprised us with an upgrade to a penthouse suite for our honeymoon stay. The room was really good and the staff provided us with extra necessities promptly upon request. The location was convenient and the breakfast was great. we highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and well-appointed, with a separate bedroom, living area, and kitchen. The size of the rooms was really excellent, especially considering the affordable price. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to both the train station and the subway. It was also located near a trendy area with shops and restaurants. the staff at the front desk were efficient and helpful.
The decor in the rooms was a bit dated and could use a refresh. the noise level in the hotel was quite high, especially in the corridors.

The hotel is conveniently located in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It is also within walking distance to the city center and not far from the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a good shower and nice furnishings. The breakfast is excellent, with a good selection of fresh food.
The noise from the trams passing by can be bothersome for light sleepers.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location was just perfect, close to everything we needed and wanted to see. We especially enjoyed being near the Viale della Liberazione area where we went to some great bars and restaurants, and we got to stop by the famous Eataly shop too. The hotel was situated in a quiet area, which we appreciated. The service at this hotel was top-notch. The staff provided excellent service, and we felt well taken care of. We were pleased to see that this hotel had many amenities such as a leisure spa & wellness centre, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, sun terrace. Our room was luxurious and had everything we needed, including a flat-screen TV, in-room breakfast, electric kettle, and sun loungers.
We recommend this hotel to family.

Great location near a financial center and train station, with comfortable rooms and friendly, multi-lingual staff. Delicious breakfast with good coffee, served in a tranquil environment. Extra amenities for children such as a crib and bathrobe. Room upgrades available. Highly recommended.

The hotel had a great location close to the train station, convenient for my travels. The staff were friendly and cute. The facilities, including the restaurant and garden area, were modern and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious.
